The Halikko necklace is modeled after a chain of finely decorated silver beads, part of a medieval silver treasure discovered in Southwest Finland in 1887. The impressive necklace is one of the most iconic Kalevala designs and has appeared in many variations over the decades. One of the unpatterned oval beads conceals a screw mechanism, serving as the clasp. Length 55 cm.
