In 2002, it was 200 years since the birth of Elias Lönnrot. Kalevala Koru honored the anniversary with a jewelry series designed by Kirsti Doukas. The plant ornaments on the spherical bronze pendant remind us of Lönnrot's merits as a naturalist.
